Hi, I’m Savannah!
My Approach to Therapy:
My goal as a therapist is to support clients who are open to the process of therapy, even if it feels unfamiliar or challenging at times. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, BPD, or substance use, and are seeking a space where they feel seen and supported. They come with curiosity and a desire for growth, ready to work together toward meaningful goals and lasting positive change, at a pace that feels right for them.
What Sets Me Apart:
I offer a personalized, empathetic approach that meets each client where they are. I bring warmth, humor, and a grounded presence into the room, creating a space that feels both comforting and secure. Together, we’ll navigate challenges with curiosity, care, and a deep respect for your unique path.
What I Like to Do On My Free Time:
In my free time I like to spend time with family and friends, watch movies, go to workout classes, and try new restaurants.
