Hi, I’m Nicole!
My inspiration to work in mental health:
My inspiration to work in mental health comes from a deep passion for helping people heal, grow, and live more fulfilling lives. Throughout my career, I have seen the profound impact that quality mental health care can have on individuals, families, and communities. That passion led me to create Rainier Center with the goal of providing a safe, supportive, and accessible space where people can receive the care they deserve. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing our team helps clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
My favorite part about my job:
Watching both our clients and clinicians thrive. As the owner and Executive Director of Rainier Center, I love building a practice that supports not only the people seeking therapy but also the talented therapists who provide it. Seeing clients make progress toward their goals and hearing stories of growth and healing is incredibly meaningful. I also enjoy fostering a collaborative, compassionate culture where our team can do their best work and make a lasting impact in the lives of others.
My hobbies and interests:
Outside of work, I love running (I completed the 2024 NYC Marathon!), traveling, reading, and spending time with our practice dog, Raini. She’s actually the inspiration behind the name Rainier Center and is a big part of the heart and spirit of our practice!
