Hi, I’m Madison!

My Approach to Therapy:

My goal as a therapist is to create a space where clients can feel comfortable expressing their true selves and feelings. I want to be able to cultivate an environment that feels genuine, non-judgmental, and empathetic. I want to meet clients where they are at and be able to collaborate with client on their treatment.

What Sets Me Apart:

I am constantly learning and improving as a therapist. I believe you are the expert in your life, and I take pride knowing I can learn a lot from my clients. I am aware I am a white woman so learning about my client’s views and cultures is a priority. I have a background in women, gender and sexuality studies that can enhance my approach to therapy. I am passionate about increasing awareness for mental health and an advocate for getting mental health care for everyone.

What I Like to Do On My Free Time:

I enjoy spending time in nature hiking. I also enjoy yoga, meditation and reading. I try to pay attention to what benefits my mind and body while also having fun.
