Hi, I’m Khushali!
My Approach to Therapy:
My approach to therapy is rooted in a warm, empathetic connection and cultural humility. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can reflect openly and move toward meaningful change at their own pace. My approach centers on collaboration, making room for your cultural identity, family history, and lived experiences as we explore how the past may influence the present. As an emerging clinician, I continue to develop my approach through supervision, ongoing learning, and reflective practice, remaining attentive to each client’s individual needs.
What Sets Me Apart:
As an emerging clinician, I approach my work with curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to collaborative care. I strive to foster a non-judgmental space for my clients where they feel supported in exploring their experiences, identifying strengths, and working towards meaningful goals. I seek to understand how each client’s cultural identity, family history, and lived experiences shape their perspectives, relationships, and current concerns. My interest in art and reading deepens my appreciation for individual expression and diverse narratives. Through ongoing supervision and reflective practice, I continue to strengthen my ability to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
What I Like to Do On My Free Time:
In my free time, I enjoy creating art, especially painting, and getting lost in a good book. I love expressing myself creatively and exploring new ideas through both art and reading.
