Hi, I’m Caroline!
My Approach to Therapy:
I see therapy as a place to explore feelings, understand experiences, and work through challenges together. I take a collaborative and practical approach, while leading with warmth, empathy, and genuine care. My focus is on helping clients recognize patterns, navigate difficult emotions, and build tools they can actually use outside of sessions. I work with both English and Spanish-speaking clients and offer therapy in both languages, with the goal of creating a space that feels supportive, honest and grounding
What Sets Me Apart:
My experience working in school settings with childrens, adolescents and families has shaped how I understand emotional challenges within the larger contect of relationships, culture and daily life. Having also lived in different parts of the world, I’m mindful how identity, environment, and access shape people’s experiences of stress, change, and connection. I bring this understanding into theraoy in a thoughtful, collaborative way.
What I Like to Do On My Free Time:
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and staying active, whether that’s walking around the city or fitting in a workout class. I also appreciate quiet time to reset and recharge, which helps me stay balanced and present in my work.
