Hi, I’m Caroline!
My Approach to Therapy:
I see therapy as a warm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and know they are truly heard. My approach is collaborative and practical, guided by empathy, curiosity, and genuine care. Together, we'll work to better understand your experiences, navigate life's challenges, and build practical tools that support lasting growth and emotional well-being. I also provide therapy in both English and Spanish, with the goal of creating a space that feels honest, supportive, and grounding.
What Sets Me Apart:
My background in both school counseling and mental health counseling allows me to view each client through a developmental lens, recognizing how life experiences, relationships, and different stages of life shape emotional well-being. I believe therapy should provide not only insight, but also practical tools that clients can apply in their everyday lives. I value collaboration and tailor my approach to each individual's unique needs, helping clients build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and navigate challenges with greater confidence.
What I Like to Do On My Free Time:
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and staying active, whether that's walking around the city or fitting in a workout class. I also appreciate quiet time to reset and recharge, which helps me show up fully for both my clients and the people I care about.
