Hi, I’m Arnella!
My Approach to Therapy:
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, challenges, and emotions without fear of judgment. I believe in meeting clients where they are, recognizing that each individual’s journey is unique and deserving of compassion and understanding.
Together, we work toward meaningful growth and positive change, helping clients gain the insight, skills, and confidence needed to achieve their therapeutic goals and enhance their overall well-being.
What Sets Me Apart:
As a mental health counselor with a background in school counseling, I am passionate about advocating for social justice and promoting mental health awareness. My experience as a first-generation American brings a unique perspective to my practice and has deepened my understanding of the importance of cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.
What I Like to Do On My Free Time:
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, savoring a good cup of coffee, exploring new restaurants, reading, and spending quality time with my loved ones. I prioritize balance and mindfulness in my daily life through activities like strength training, going on walks and intentionally slowing down to recharge and stay present.
